Did you know that there were three different Flashes?
The first one, Jay Garrick, appeared in 1940 and was created by Harry Lampert.
Jay was just a typical college student inhaling hazardous fumes, (an accident of course),
but the fumes rendered him superhuman—The Fastest Man Alive!
Jay retired eventually and Barry Allen rushed in to fill his place.  But alas!
Barry died trying to save the universe (too bad he couldn’t do something about those George Bushes).
Then came Wally West a.k.a. Kid Flash.  He wasn’t a kid for long though.
As an adult, he was an emotional wreck.  He was also quite the Jude Law,
womanizing woman after woman.  But, (no thanks to Tom Cruise), he got some psychiatric help
and persevered.  He remains alive, fighting for the world—fighting for DC to put out some quality
comics people actually want to read.  The battle rages on!
